Changes to your name, address, payment method, or contact details must be communicated to venpkr support promptly. venpkr is not responsible for failed transactions or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.
venpkr accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR. venpkr does not offer multi-currency accounts. Where a deposit is received in a currency other than PKR, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate determined by venpkr's payment processor at the time of transaction.

Unusual deposit patterns or transactions that trigger AML monitoring thresholds may result in account review, temporary hold on withdrawals, and requests for enhanced due diligence documentation from the player.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once a player has completed the venpkr KYC verification process. Required KYC documentation typically includes a valid government-issued photo identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within two to twelve hours depending on network congestion.
venpkr applies a withdrawal method matching policy: withdrawal requests will be routed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy is applied as a fraud prevention measure. Exceptions may be granted at venpkr's discretion following a successful KYC review.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the venpkr cashier at the time of requesting a withdrawal. venpkr reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing times beyond the standard targets stated above.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by venpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a player's venpkr account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game-type restrictions are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games and certain low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements.
venpkr actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain the same bonus more than once; placing wagers in a manner designed to exploit bonus conditions without genuine gaming intent; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Bonuses that remain unclaimed or where associated wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Pakistani Players Note: Bonus amounts and wagering requirements are always expressed in PKR on the venpkr platform. There are no hidden currency conversion conditions applied to Pakistani player bonus terms.
All sports bets placed on venpkr — including cricket betting markets covering PSL, bilateral series, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures — are subject to venpkr's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference and available in full on the platform. venpkr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that are subsequently determined to have been offered in error, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
Casino game outcomes on venpkr are determined by certified Random Number Generator software. venpkr does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be paid.
Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be submitted to venpkr support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. venpkr's determination in respect of disputed game outcomes, subject to the game provider's logs, is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the venpkr platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

venpkr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude venpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
venpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where venpkr reasonably determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity; continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or regulatory obligations require account closure.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting venpkr support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
venpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the venpkr platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, venpkr will endeavour to notify registered players via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable.
Your continued use of the venpkr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to venpkr's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute between you and venpkr, you agree to first contact venpkr's support team to seek an informal resolution. venpkr will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by venpkr's operating terms.
